Welcome to Aetera Finishes. By using this website or booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Aetera Finishes provides custom plaster, limewash, and decorative finishing services. All work is performed based on consultation, project approval, and written or verbal agreement with the client.

Because all finishes are handcrafted and custom-mixed, final results may include natural variation in tone and texture. These variations are inherent to artisanal finishes and are not considered defects.

 

Estimates & Payments

All quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time of consultation. Changes to project scope may result in price adjustments.

Deposits are required to secure scheduling and materials. Deposits are non-refundable.

Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late payments may result in additional fees or delayed future service.

No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of materials and labor, all sales are final once work begins.

If workmanship concerns arise, Aetera Finishes will make reasonable efforts to inspect and correct issues related to application quality within the original project scope.

Refunds will not be issued for aesthetic preference changes after approval of samples or finishes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the work area

  • Removing valuables and fragile items

  • Ensuring surfaces are ready as agreed

  • Maintaining a safe environment

Delays caused by site conditions may result in rescheduling or additional costs.

Project Changes

Any change requests must be approved before execution. Additional work outside the original agreement will be billed separately.

Limitation of Liability

Aetera Finishes is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing wall conditions

  • Structural issues

  • Hidden damage

  • Moisture problems

  • Improper prior repairs

Natural wear over time is not considered a workmanship defect.

All images, text, and content on this website are the property of Aetera Finishes and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Information provided on this website is for general purposes and may change without notice.

Scheduling & Delays

Project timelines are estimates. Weather, material availability, or site conditions may affect scheduling. Aetera Finishes is not liable for delays outside reasonable control.

 

Cancellation

Clients may cancel before work begins. Deposits remain non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after materials are ordered or preparation has started, additional charges may apply.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local jurisdiction.
