Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of Venetian plaster and limewash finishes, all services provided by Aetera Finishes are final sale.

Each project is completed through a consultation and approval process to ensure the client’s expectations are clearly understood before work begins. Because materials are mixed specifically for each project and finishes are applied by hand, refunds cannot be issued once work has started.

 

If any workmanship concerns arise, Aetera Finishes is committed to addressing and correcting reasonable issues related to application quality. Client satisfaction is important, and we will work in good faith to resolve concerns within the scope of the agreed project.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure scheduling, materials, and preparation time.

By approving the project and scheduling work, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
